Questions Blacklisted

What is a blacklist?

If a phone is blacklisted, it means that the device has been reported lost or stolen. The blacklist is a database with all IMEI or ESN numbers that have been reported. Most operators share their databases, so if your phone is blacklisted, you may not be able to use your phone with any network operator.

Is the information I receive 100% accurate?

IMEI blacklist reporting is voluntary for operators. So there is little chance that your IMEI will not be put in the database. In such a situation you will get the result “CLEAN”. But situations like this are very rare.

How do I make sure my phone is not in blacklisted before I buy it?

All you need is the phone’s IMEI. Ask the seller to give you such a number by typing *#06# After placing the order on our website you will receive a confirmation email with the results obtained

How the phone reached in the blacklisted?

When a person buys a phone, on subscription, or receives a free one, or buys it cheaply under a prepaid contract or a tariff in any network, and that person loses their phone or reports it to the stolen or lost network provider
